This is a billionaires playground do you really think that someone, a billionaire is taking pictures of H&M? You really can't tell if it's H&M because they have their backs to the camera.I heard Soho House has built a hotel there so I'm sure there is room for the kids. This is just another WME PR stunt. How else would a photographer be allowed on an exclusive billionaires playground without permission considering the quality of the photos are professional grade and not just a random person.
